Capacity:- 300 Kg. / Batch

The Retort Can be Supplied with Mild Steel Construction & Stainless Steel Crates for carrying fruits & vegetable. The body made of mild steel is hot dipped galvanished to make it rust proof.

The retort can also be supplied with complete stainless steel 202 / 304 construction with capacities from 50 Kg. Kg. / batch to 300 Kg. per batch.

The retort is useul for heating under pressure any raw material like turmeric etc. are boiled in short time for areas where turmeric is processed after boiling as in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. This is also a basic machine for any fruit and vegetable canning unit where vacuum is created in cans by heating under pressure and cooling in Water.
