The machine is fully made of stainless steel and can be installed on the table at convenient working height Chicken after defeathering is placed on the support of machine manually and direction is given by hand to cut in to required sizes & shapes.

Machine is capable to cut Chicken portion with bone or without bone to any shapes and size to make drum sticks, chicken legs, Chicken half for Tandoori Chicken etc.

The machine is run by ½ HP Motor which rotates the sharp cutting saw. The chicken placed on support is moved towards saw manually and shape is cut with the movement of hand holding the chicken.
