Super Straight Line Exhaust Box

In an essential operation, while food processing, air is removed from the filled containers so that this should not affect the Vacuum in Cans or other containers after sealing. For a fixed duration of time the cans are passed thro’ Exhaust Box by moving on the conveyor. Temperature up to 85o is maintained. Pulleys are attached to main drive so that speed can vary as per requirement of fruit / vegetable being exhausted.

Exhaust Boxes are available in 14′, 16′ and 18′ length and time consumed for the cans to cross thro’ the length varies from 9 minutes to 15 minutes.

Normal Exhaust Box has mildsteel stand. GI Pipes, Aluminum covers and MS Chain but now with the change of requirement by different consumers, we supply exhaust box made of 304 Stainless Steel with Stand made of 202 Steel, S.S Pipes and S.S 304 Chains. These ensure that there is no rusting to any part and Exhaust box gives a clean look and gives much longer life to the equipment.
