DK 65 DOUBLE SEAMING MACHINE

Semiautomatic, Heavy duty, capacity about 2000 cans per hour. Equipped with 1.5 HP Motor and starter, but without seaming rollers and seaming chucks. Seaming chucks / Rollers will be supplied at extra cost.

Seaming Rollers 1st & 2nd Operation

As compared to 1 ADS Double Seaming Machine, this machine is high capacity, heavy duty Can Seamer. The Operation is similar to 1ADS, but for efficient operation a conveyor is placed along with machine, so that cans after seaming can be removed quickly. Compared to 1ADS this is mounted on a very heavy pedestal to avoid any jerk during operation. This machine is suitable for Medium / Large Canning Unit having capacity app. 20,000 cans / day of extended shift. All sizes of cans can be seamed in this machine efficiently.

Power Required : – 1.2 KW / 1.5 HP

Machine is normally provided with 301, 401, 603 size of chucks, but any other size of chucks can also be provided on request.
This machine is also installed at the end of exhaust box and is coupled with a conveyor about 10′ Long so that cans after sealing do not get Jammed with each other, which may halt the operation.
