Storage Mixing Tank

The tanks are made of 15 swg stainless steel sheet welded on one end. Lid is made of 18 swg sheet with handle on the top. These are welded on MS Stand. A drain cock is provided in the bottom for taking out the juice, syrup or any liquid item stored in it.

On the top a loose lid is placed to cover the contents. The tanks can be fitted with inlet pipes if required, otherwise liquid is poured from the top. These have 3 legs on which the tank stands and even a pump can be attached to bottom out let pipe for quickly taking out the liquid.

These can have a stirrer permanently attached. Alternatively a portable Stirrer can be placed around the tank for easy stirring of liquid inside. These tanks can be used for preparation of syrup & brine and also can be used for storing the same.

By making some changes on the bottom outlet the tanks can also be used for storing raw material for pickles, ready pickles, pulp or any other requirement in the industry, these can be fitted with wheels, for easy movement in the plant.

The tanks normally available are with capacity of 225 Lit., 450 Lit., 675 Lit. but can be supplied in the size as required by the customer.

These can be provided with rotating stirrer fixed on the top which runs with ½ HP Motor or a portable stirrer with long road, which can be removed after the work is over.

The tanks are used for
A) Storing Juice
B) Mixing of ingredients.
C) Storing of Sugar Syrup etc.

C) 675 Lit.
D) Any other capacity as demanded by the buyer.

These tanks can also be provided with wheels for easy movement to any part of the food processing hall.
