Vacuum Filing Machine

This machine is used filling liquid / semi liquid like Juices, Sauce, Ketchup etc. in Glass Bottles. It has two / 4 heads and a vacuum pump. The material to be filled is kept in the tank, thro’ which it is sucked by vacuum pump and pushed in to the filling heads. As per the height of bottle and quantity to be filled, the adjustment is made in the machine with simple pedal operation the bottles are filled with required quantity of material and transferred to capping machine either manually or by conveyor.
